Diet plan for fat loss
Breakfast::: 30gram oats in water+ 5 badam +2anjeer+2akhroat+1 bowl boil sweat corn ๐ฝ
2meal::100gram tofu or paneer with mosammi juice
Lunch:::1bowl boil rice ๐+ 1 bowl boil rajma or moong dal + green salad
Evening time 400 gram papaya
Dinner 1/2 bowl rice + boil moving saal only + salad
After dinner
1 cup tomato ๐
soup hand made
And before zym you can take a cup coffee with water
And after zym you can take 3 to 5 egg without yellow part.
Only fat takes place in the yellow part.so remove yellow part from egg and please avoid junk food.
follow this diet at least 1 to 2 month and exercise hard.
then you will really remove fat with your body with this diet plan.
and you will also take milk a glass milk with jaggery 5 minutes before going to bed.for deep sleeping.
